Prior to then, Lee spent several years working for industry leading hospitality recruitment agencies and also had a spell as a National Resourcing Manager for one of the UK’s largest pub companies, looking after their portfolio of managed gastro pubs & hotels. Having seen things from the client and agency side, Lee has developed Goldstar’s offering based on all the good aspects of both sides
